Dr Ali Joy has worked as a private GP for over twenty years. She worked extensively in hospital medicine for six years following qualification from Cambridge University and gained her Membership of the Royal College of Physicians.
She worked in Hackney and Chelsea as an NHS GP before moving to the private medical sector. She has a close working relationship and good will with hospitals and consultants in London, Oxford and abroad. She uses complimentary practitioners as appropriate.

Her special interests are Sports Medicine and Cardiology and she recently completed her Postgraduate Sports Medicine diploma from Bath University. She served on the board of Rambert Dance for 10 years and was doctor to The Royal Ballet School for over 20 years.
Dr Joy is married with 3 children and lives locally. Her husband runs a contemporary art gallery and sculpture fields in which she is actively involved.
